Creative therapy for caregivers
My personal and professional experiences have led me to want to support the caregivers in our world - the parents, clinicians, medical providers, and other support people who give of themselves daily. Burnout, grief, life transitions, stress management, and anxiety impact those who care for others.
I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked with individuals across the lifespan for over 20 years in community-based settings. I have supported recovery for adults in Psychiatric Day Treatment and provided therapy for adults, couples, teens, children, and families coping with trauma, mental illness, medical challenges, addiction, and grief. My experiences have also included almost a decade of teaching and mentoring Art Therapy students at the college level, as well as Managing an Outpatient Program in Community Based Mental Health.
Give yourself this opportunity to be a priority so that you can continue the important work you do in this world.
